Shipping policy

We currently offer local pickup options near Chiloquin, OR, they are listed during checkout.

Soon we will offer shipping to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS Priority Mail Express. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an eco-friendly insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. 

We currently ship orders on Tuesdays (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 5pm PST on the Monday before shipping day in order to be processed and shipped on Tuesday. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
